Looking for an Event Venue

Wilburton, Oklahoma is a wonderful area to host your next event. The Serendipity Event Center is a brand-new venue in the heart of downtown Wilburton.

We are located between McAlester and Poteau. Our wooden chairs and tables make any event special with little need to decorate. We offer two beautiful buffet tables along with other small buffet tables for any set up configuration.

You will be very impressed by the commercial kitchen and did we mention an ice machine! Yes, you don’t have to bring ice! We have drink containers and serving pieces for your use, and it is included in the rental fee.

There is a small pocket park that can be rented from the City of Wilburton for a small fee. If you are considering an outside wedding this might be an affordable option for a small wedding party.

Rental Events

Rental Fees:

Corporate Christmas Parties that include seasonal decorations: $350.00

Serendipity Event Center will provide the seasonal decorations for large family or corporate events. This includes Christmas Parties, Thanksgiving Gatherings, and Spring or Summer events. Fee includes an 8-hour rental, Monday-Sunday, for a maximum of 70 people.

Weddings:

Price upon request

Includes the use of the entire building for one calendar day. Additional access to the building before or after the wedding may be provided upon availability.

The weekend: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday:

Includes the main event area with seating for 70 people. The $300.00 rental fee provides access to all the amenities between the hours of 9am-10pm.
