Rental Fees:

Corporate Christmas Parties that include seasonal decorations: $350.00

Serendipity Event Center will provide the seasonal decorations for large family or corporate events. This includes Christmas Parties, Thanksgiving Gatherings, and Spring or Summer events.  Fee includes an 8-hour rental, Monday-Sunday, for a maximum of 70 people.



Includes the use of the entire building for one calendar day. Additional access to the building before or after the wedding will be prorated at $25 per hour depending on availability.

The weekend: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday:

Includes the main event area with seating for 70 people. The $300.00 rental fee provides access to all the amenities between the hours of 9am-10pm.

Weekday Parties:

Includes a four (4) hour rental. M-Thur
Early afternoon rental is $100.00
Evening rental is $150.00

Business Luncheon:

Price: $50.00
